Hi!
It's now approaching summer of 2009! We've been up to quite a bit this year already, we've played some super fun gigs in Ireland before we took off to tour with OK Go in the USA in March
and then returned in April to join The Presidents Of The United States Of America on their Nor'eastern tour 2009.
We have now recovered from the non-stop party that the tour was and are safely back in our homes working on lots of new ideas for the next Oppenheimer album.
More songs have been popping into my head than ever before and likewise popping from my head into my computers.
Right now we're planning the rest of 2009, there will be a lot of recording and potentially a few Irish shows over the summer, while we're both in the country again.
For the next couple of months we're swapping ideas back and forth between two cities. It's like getting little presents everyday.
Back in February we recorded a really fun performance for NVTV, a Belfast station.
It was recorded at my Start Together Studio and the interview is by Jonny Tiernan from AU magazine in Belfast.
